East Asia 2018 Food Diary, Day 6

I was looking forward to heading on to Korea, but it was a shame leaving behind the phenomenal food of Taiwan.  I wish I remember more about getting one of these scallion pancakes in the morning.  I’m sure it tasted as good as these look.

I had lunch at the National Palace Museum.  I got myself an order of traditional minced pork rice.  It’s quite reminiscent of the braised pork rice I had on Day 3, isn’t it?

I also got some golden fried shrimp rolls.

On the way to the airport, I couldn’t resist getting a croissant at the subway station.

For my very last meal in Taiwan, I ordered steamed shrimp and pork dumplings at the airport.  I really missed the food of Taiwan while I was in Korea.
