I spent the 1st 22 years of my life in the Northeast until I headed west to California for the first time. In the US, you can’t beat the Northeast for historic sites. 2 very special cities are located in the Northeast. There’s Washington, the nation’s capital. And of course there’s New York, the greatest show on earth. And I can’t leave out Boston, my city of birth. Not surprisingly, Boston is the only major city in the Northeast where I’ve done extensive sightseeing. It’s really a shame that I haven’t done more exploration of New York and Washington. Yet!
